At this time, we do not serve clients under the age of 17 years of age. 

        1.      Clients are allotted 15 minute grace period . If you are later (even one minute) after the 15 minute grace period you’ll need a new appointment.
        2.      Reschedule due to tardiness requires an entire new appointment.
        3.      If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you can transfer your deposit ONE TIME . This transfer is good for ONE TIME WITHIN 30 calendar days of the initial appointment.
        4.      Custom unit orders will be shipped within eight days of purchasing and is receiving your measurements.
        5.      We must have your measurements to start on the custom unit order
        6.      We do not use any hair for units or sew ins that we did not provide
        7.      Wear your mask at all times. No Mask No Entry
